We will accept returns for items in new condition only. You, as the customer, must contact cornlady@thecornladykaysville.com prior to returning your order. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once received we will refund the cost of the product only, not shipping costs. Our return policy extends for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
